I’m not going to sugarcoat it, the next session and the next few years are going to be tough. With all of the mis and disinformation going around, I think it’s important to realistically talk about the things we can and can’t do in the House.

Traditional media has proven to not always show the full story, so I’m attempting to use my platform to fill the gap.

It is fair to assume that the Republican trifecta will make it easier for information to get weaponized into a disinformation campaign or be politicized to maintain or expand power. It’s clear we, as Democrats, have a lot of work to do when it comes to getting our message across and communicating effectively. I feel a deep responsibility to be a part of the solution and one way I can assist is by using my email platform to communicate what is happening and the impact it will have.
