TELL AMAZON: Amazon warehouse workers on Staten Island voted for a union, but Amazon is refusing to even come to the bargaining table. Sign the petition: I stand with Amazon workers demanding fair pay and fair treatment!
Hi, Amazon workers at the JFK8 fulfillment center on Staten Island made history in 2022 when they voted to form the first-ever union at an Amazon facility in America.1 But since Amazon Labor Union (ALU) won that vote, Amazon has refused to hold a single bargaining session with the union. Now, workers have voted to go on strike to bring the company to the table. The workers’ demands are simple: Better pay, better benefits, and better working conditions. It’s time for Amazon to listen. Amazon is one of the most profitable companies in the world. But the ugly truth is Amazon’s profits are built on the backs of workers who are injured on the job, treated like robots, and not paid enough to make ends meet. What happens on Staten Island has an impact on workers across the country. Amazon’s steadfast refusal to negotiate with the union sends a message that employers can flout labor law with impunity. We must support the JFK8 workers and demand that Amazon comes to the bargaining table. Sign the petition: I stand with Amazon workers demanding fair pay and fair treatment.
