In September, our staff gathered in a sunlit hallway in Upstate New York. One by one, we walked a wooden bridge lined with photos with fifteen years of MediaJustice history arranged like a timeline. The light caught each image as we passed: protest signs, community meetings, policy wins, and faces of people who shaped our movement. We shared our stories along the way like what roles we started in, how they changed, where we're headed now. At the end of that bridge stood our new strategy, rooted in every victory and lesson that came before it. Change always brings doubt and believe me I had plenty. But watching our team that day, I saw something powerful. We are a group of people who understands that our past grounds us on the road ahead.
Your support this year turned that understanding into action. Together, we built momentum for lasting change bringing hundreds of supporters together, taking action alongside tech workers with community leaders, and fighting campaigns that put people before profits in our digital world.
