With the November election behind us, the ACLU of Northern California is gearing up for a second Trump administration and new challenges to our fundamental rights. While there are knowns and unknowns, we have the tools and fortitude to defend the rights of all Californians. We don't underestimate this challenge – it will be fierce – but we are strengthened by our resolve and buoyed by your steady support.

Outlined for your quick review are a few of our major priorities in our region and state. I hope you will read it closely.
