Thank you for your continued support and commitment to the mission of Urgent Action Fund for Feminist Activism. Together, we have supported thousands of feminist activists during a challenging year as they address some of the most pressing issues of our time and continue the fight for justice and equality.

In 2024, not only did we experience a monumental year for our grantmaking—helping more frontline activists than ever before—but we were also able to call on philanthropy to narrow the gap in access to resources for feminist activists worldwide.

2025 is not going to be easy.

In the United States, the Trump administration will return to power and bring greater threats to reproductive justice, LGBTQIA+ rights, climate justice, and gender justice. 

Conflicts continue worldwide, and resources are needed for day-to-day organizing and humanitarian aid to address burnout and trauma as the impacts of living and working in conflict zones for activists escalate.

The continued integration of collective care into our grantmaking will be essential to provide activists with the space to take care of themselves and each other and build sustainable movements.

Now is not the time to disengage. More than ever, we need to boldly show up in solidarity with movement leaders in the U.S. and around the world. Together, we can ensure that feminist activists have the resources they need to drive change from the bottom up.
