But Republicans across the country--including in Montana--are working hard to give insurance companies the power to deny them potentially life-saving medical care.

That’s unacceptable. The efforts are through a lawsuit to gut the Affordable Care Act, which protects Montanans with pre-existing conditions. The leading Republican running against me has made this dangerous lawsuit the heart of his campaign.

The stakes could not be higher. As Attorney General, I’ll personally intervene to stop this lawsuit, and defend Montanans with pre-existing conditions.
