Facebook & USA Today 'Fact Checkers' Censor Amnesty Warnings About Heroes Act

Since 2004, Amnesty supporting politicians and power groups have repeatedly falsely claimed their 'immigration reform,' Dream Act, temporary worker, and guest worker legislation designed to give illegal immigrants legal status and jobs in America is not Amnesty because they know the Amnesty label has stopped the legislation numerous times!

Now Facebook's alleged 'fact-checkers' and USA Today have joined the chorus of denials by mislabeling as FALSE Facebook posts that warn readers of the Amnesty provisions found in the Heroes Act ([link removed][UNIQID]) bill! This is a form of censorship being applied by two companies who are on the record supporting different forms of Amnesty for illegals.

This morning, ALIPAC received a notice from Facebook (image above) that a post by user Don England ([link removed][UNIQID]) in their group Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (View Group & Post HERE ([link removed][UNIQID]) ) had been marked false and everyone seeing the post would be warned that fact-checkers had found it to be false information.

The mislabeled and censored post is a May 13 report by Numbers USA titled, "House Passes Legislation to Grant Amnesty & Stimulus Checks to Illegal Aliens" (View HERE ([link removed][UNIQID]) ).

Facebook's fake warning links to a USA Today 'fact-checker' (View HERE ([link removed][UNIQID]) ) where the false claim is made, "NumbersUSA's use of the term "amnesty" in the article is misleading. The HEROES Act only temporarily protects certain undocumented workers."

"In this case, the illegal immigrant Amnesty supporting companies of Facebook & USA Today have chosen to heavily damage their credibility by applying another form of censorship aimed at conservatives using their platform," said William Gheen ([link removed][UNIQID]) of ALIPAC. "If Facebook and USA Today want to argue that the Heroes Act legislation contains only a temporary Amnesty for illegals, that is one thing. But their denial that the bill contains Amnesty is a bald-faced lie. These companies do not have the power nor the right to define what American citizens believe is Amnesty for illegals.
We have been fighting the Amnesty that's 'not an Amnesty' for a long time."

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC ([link removed][UNIQID]) posted press releases on Facebook, where the organization is regularly censored and suppressed, warning of the Amnesty in the Heroes Act in a May 14 release titled, "PAC Moves to Stop Amnesty, felon release, & foreign workers in HEROES Act ([link removed][UNIQID]) "

That Amnesty warning release was reinforced in a May 19 released titled, "Heroes Act: Amnesty, Jail Release, & Stimulus checks for illegals advances to Senate ([link removed][UNIQID]) "

This latest documentation of censorship of Americans who oppose illegal immigration and Amnesty by Silicon Valley mega-corporations that are owned by, managed by, and staffed by left-wing activists will be added to ALIPAC's tracking List of Conservatives Censored by Silicon Valley companies Facebook, Google, Twitter, PayPal, etc. (View Here ([link removed][UNIQID]) ).
