What was the 1619 Project's first error?
The New York Times' 1619 Project, which smears America as born in racism, just won a Pulitzer Prize for commentary -- but it should have won the prize for fiction, as the New York Post editorial board quipped. The project's very title was a serious error: Contrary to the project's claim, there were no slaves, black or otherwise, in the Colonies in 1619. CRC's Ken Braun exposes this founding error and many others here.

Why are environmentalists trying to redefine "pro-life"?
The usual left-wing suspects have been funding a decades-long effort by the environmental Left to infiltrate conservative evangelicalism. Leftists disguised as evangelical Christians are trying to redefine "pro-life" to encompass the "gospel of climate change" and bloated government social programs. But as CRC's Hayden Ludwig reports here, the new definition has little to do with protecting the unborn or the sanctity of life.

Why is the Left furious with Michael Moore?
Michael Moore's most recent documentary, Planet of the Humans, is an honest criticism of "green energy." The film debunks wind and solar energy as fake substitutes that cannot possibly power anything close to our current civilization. Moore also exposes the hypocrisy of the green movement's leaders, who personally profit from the comfortable myths (and government subsidies) they've peddled for decades. What are the best ways to give during the COVID-19 crisis?
CRC's Martin Morse Wooster looks at how the coronavirus pandemic has changed philanthropy. Some of the best examples are the countless companies and nonprofits that have turned themselves into social enterprises to produce masks and personal protective equipment. He concludes that, except for large gifts for scientific research (such as vaccine studies), giving locally is better than giving nationally, and fighting poverty should take precedence over other grantmaking.
