We wanted to share an important update in the fight for reproductive rights in Texas and country-wide:
This is the first lawsuit dealing with abortion state laws that are at direct odds with each other.
Politicians like Greg Abbott and Ken Paxton will do everything they can to control women’s bodies and reproduction—it’s disgusting.
All Texans deserve the freedom to make their own decisions about their own body, their own health care, and their own future. Texas women deserve the freedom to decide if, when, and with whom to start a family.
