If you’re receiving this email, we’re assuming you didn’t tune in to Steve Bannon’s bizarre rally in New York earlier this week where he not only used Nazi rhetoric to demand Trump go after the media, but also unofficially launched Trump’s likely unconstitutional 2028 presidential campaign.

It’s always a bit shocking to hear the president-elect and his closest confidants basically describe the total destruction of American democracy as we know it, but then again, we must remember that these guys aren’t really Americans. They root for Putin. They encourage violence. They turn their back on every last person who disagrees with them in the slightest. They’re not interested in guiding the country, they’re interested in running a regime.

We knew this was going to happen going in, but it’s clear that most of America either didn’t see this coming, or didn’t understand the real impact. We’re 34 days out from Donald Trump’s self-titled “one day dictatorship”. That’s what we’re getting started now.

We don’t know how long this fight will go on, but we do know that for the next four years, and possibly beyond, we have to stand tall and resist. We want our winning coalition to be strong sooner rather than later. We know voters will see that electing a convicted felon to the White House was a mistake eventually, but we’d prefer for that to happen before he even takes office.
