You Can Help Families Find a Way Forward

When families learn that a loved one is struggling with substance use, it can be hard to know where to turn. The Partnership’s mission is to ensure all families that are searching for answers can find actionable information and support.

Christina recently spoke about the moment she realized that she needed to urgently get her son into treatment out of fear for his life and the lives of others. In a time of uncertainty, she took action and found comfort in trustworthy resources like the Partnership’s, along with hope from others who have had similar experiences.

Finding resources and building a community of support was vital to her son’s well-being. She shares:

“I didn't really have a blueprint for what it was, that's where, having resources such as the Partnership was really, really helpful because at that time we were really questioning everything.”

By learning more about the challenges she and her son were facing and listening to stories of others who’d been through similar experiences, Christina found a way forward. Her son is now in recovery and she is sharing her story to spread hope to other families.
