Dear John,

As we approach the end of the year, we need your support to protect wildlife along our most dangerous highways, like US 395. Between the Sierra Nevada and Great Basin ecosystems, this highway is a barrier to wildlife movement, endangering mule deer migration corridors and species such as wolves, elk, and pronghorn. Your donation helps create safe passage for these animals and protect their migratory routes.

Through extensive monitoring, including telemetry data, camera footage, and roadkill analysis, Wildlands Network has laid the groundwork for much-needed infrastructure improvements. Our goal is to establish wildlife overpasses and underpasses along US 395 to restore deer migration corridors and provide safe crossings for all wildlife.

We are focused on completing plans for these crossings by 2027, securing funding, and coordinating with local, state, and federal agencies.

We are nearly halfway to raising our $50,000 matching gift. Thanks to our generous partners at the Biophilia Foundation, every dollar you donate before December 31 will be doubled!

Your support will help us enhance habitat connectivity and protect the future of wildlife in California. Donate today and double your impact to make wildlife crossings a reality along highways like US 395!

Thank you for your dedication to wildlife conservation.
