Christmas and Hannukah are just a week away. For most of us, we are
rejoicing in a season full of light and a season filled with hope.

But for the one's we fight for - discrimination, hate and
an uncertain future dominate their days in what should be the most
joyful time of year.

Rarely have I seen the outright hate many of our clients are facing
off against.

Take a Stand Against Hate. Join the Fight for Faith.
Our $500,000 Matching Grant Doubles Your Impact.

In Bryan, Ohio, our expert legal team has been on the frontlines
fighting for Pastor Chris Avell, Dad's Place Church and the
city's most vulnerable.

The city leaders have been fighting tooth and nail to prevent the
church from ministering to the needy by providing them with temporary
shelter from the bitter cold. They've criminally tried Pastor
Chris, and they've used the police to bully the congregation.

But Pastor Chris and Dad's Place Church aren't backing
down from what God has called them to do.

In the Village of Atlantic Beach, New York, city leaders are doing
everything they can to prevent Chabad of the Beaches, a Hassidic
Jewish organization, from worshipping in their village.

First, Village leaders tried to use eminent domain to take their
property. And when that failed, they decided to ignore the
Chabad's attempts to get the necessary permits to update their
property.

Why would they do this?

It's because the Chabad is Jewish. There's really no other
reason.

Village officials freely and frequently engaged in open anti-Chabad
and anti-Orthodox sentiment and used vile antisemitic tropes. In fact,
officials even used messages saying that Jews are "buying the
world, procreate too much, and don't tip."

The Village's antisemitic behavior can't be allowed to
continue. It's wrong and it's illegal.

Put a Stop to Religious Discrimination and Antisemitism.
Stand with Dad's Place Church and Chabad of the Beaches.

We won't stand by when faith-based attacks like these take
place. After all, an attack against one faith is an attack against all
faiths.

But we can't fight and win against this type of hate without
your help.

Right now, there's no better way for you to take a stand against
hate and stand for religious freedom than by supporting First Liberty
financially.

Your support allows First Liberty to provide clients like Dad's
Place Church and Chabad of the Beaches with the best possible defense
without ever sending them a bill for our services.

And when you give before midnight on December 31st, you have an
opportunity to double the impact of your gift. Every dollar you give
will be matched thanks to our $500,000 Matching Grant.

Your gift will give us the means to protect religious freedom from
discriminatory attacks and deliver hope for a brighter, more
faith-filled tomorrow.

Will you be the difference-maker in the fight for faith?
