But we can’t do this work alone. That’s why we put our trust in MCV to push for bold climate policies that accelerate the transition away from dirty fossil fuels. Thanks to the leadership of MCV and their partners, Maine has a Climate Action Plan to reduce emissions by 80% by 2050 and achieve 100% renewable energy by 2040.

There has never been a more important time to make clean energy advancements at the state level. MCV has proven they can do that—from working to successfully implement Maine’s Climate Action Plan to fighting for policies to phase out toxic chemicals, their work is crucial to protecting the environment and communities in Maine. But they can’t do it without you.
