Congressional Republicans are barely hanging on, John — and we must press home our advantage. The time to act is now, and your support is crucial.
The results for every congressional district are now in, and Republicans have a 220 - 215 "majority."
But here's the deal, John: THREE of the Republican seats are up for grabs in special elections. These elections are crucial as they could shift the balance of power in the House, and they're happening because clueless Trump chose those three MAGA members to join his administration. (Bad career move!)
That means House Republicans will only have a majority of ONE over the next few months — and can't afford to have a single MAGA member absent, sick, or not voting.
And while that sucks for Trump Republicans, Democrats have an opportunity to win 1…2…or even three seats. This would significantly weaken Trump's hold on the House, allowing us to push back against his fascist agenda and advance Democratic policies.
Two of the three special congressional elections are now scheduled. Voters in FL-01 and FL-06 will go to the polls on April 1 to elect a new representative for their district — just as everyday Americans are realizing they've been conned (again) by Trump and his MAGA cronies.
