Espaillat Secured $4 Million Federal Funding to Transform CCNY's Historic Alumni House into the Rangel Initiative Workforce Development Community Center
WASHINGTON, DC -- This Friday, December 20th at 9:00 a.m. (EST), Representative Adriano Espaillat (NY-13) will hold a press conference touting $4 million in federal funding secured through the Appropriations Fiscal Year 2024 process benefiting the City College of New York (CCNY) to transform the Historic Alumni House into a skills-based workforce development community center as part of the Charles B. Rangel Infrastructure Workforce Initiative.
Espaillat will be joined by CCNY President, Dr. Vincent Boudreau, and others during the check presentation.

Representative Espaillat is the first Dominican American to serve in the U.S. House of Representatives and his congressional district includes Harlem, East Harlem, West Harlem, Hamilton Heights, Washington Heights, Inwood, Marble Hill and the north-west Bronx. First elected to Congress in 2016, Representative Espaillat is serving his fourth term in Congress.
