All of Donald Trump's political revenge fantasies. Every awful idea laid out in Project 2025. Mass deportations. Unfathomable smash-and-grab corruption. An all-out assault on democracy directed from the Oval Office.

We've lived through some dark times together. But this is different. Trump is an authoritarian who has pledged to imprison journalists, suspend the constitution, and prosecute the progressive activists he calls "the enemy within."

From the minute Donald Trump is sworn in on January 20, 2025, the entire progressive movement will be in danger — and that includes Common Dreams.
