* *Audience:* People who receive personal care assistance (PCA), Consumer Support Grant (CSG) and CFSS services, families, providers, lead agencies and other interested parties
* *Summary:* DHS began the transition from PCA and CSG to CFSS on Oct. 1, 2024. We will provide regular updates early in the transition.
DSD messages
Waiver Reimagine timeline update [ [link removed] ]
* *Audience:* Lead agencies, people who receive disability waiver services, families of people who receive waiver services, disability and behavioral health advocates, providers and other interested parties
* *Summary:* DHS will delay Waiver Reimagine implementation until Jan. 1, 2027, to align with the November 2024 state of Minnesota budget forecast.
ABLE Act helps people with disabilities save money [ [link removed] ]
* *Audience:* Lead agencies, disability services providers, people who receive services and other interested parties
* *Summary:* This month, Minnesota celebrates 10 years of the ABLE Act, which empowers people with disabilities with the ability to save money.
Training and event information
Reminder: Two-day virtual training announcement: Assess, Conceptualize and Diagnose Mental Health Disorders in Young Children Using the DC: 0-5 [ [link removed] ]
* *Audience:* Comprehensive multi-disciplinary evaluation (CMDE) providers and clinical trainees who have experience with diagnostic procedures using DSM-5 or ICD-10 with a strong background in child development and other interested professionals
* *Event dates:* Jan. 7-8, 2025
* *Summary:* Registration is now open for the free, two-day virtual training “Assess, Conceptualize, and Diagnose Mental Health Disorders in Young Children using the DC: 0-5” on Jan. 7-8, 2025.
