In recent weeks, whilst people continue to struggle to meet their living costs, the government is using every tactic it can to justify increasing spending on defence and nuclear weapons. This has included Keir Starmer whipping up fears about international foes and British Admiral Radakin announcing the world entering a ‘third nuclear age’.

But building new nuclear submarines and new warheads only makes the world more dangerous. That is why, in 2025, we are organising protests at bases where Britain’s nuclear weapons are manufactured and maintained. We’ll be protesting at BAE Systems in Barrow-In-Furness, Trident Devonport Naval Base and Aldermaston Atomic Weapons Establishment in Reading to shine a spotlight on the nuclear dangers right here in Britain.
