This is an emergency call to action. The NIH just extended a beagle lab’s cocaine testing contract. 7 dogs may be abused and killed. Read below to take action or unsubscribe.
It’s not good, Taxpayer.
About an hour ago, we fell further behind tonight’s rapid response goal.
You know the White Coat Waste brand promise: You Give. We Win. They Survive.
But tonight, I may have to break my promise.
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) just EXTENDED a $1.6 million payout to a lethal lab. This horrible place injects beagle puppies with cocaine.
Seven dogs may be abused and killed.
Unless we rally right now, our rapid response campaign to save the “NIH 7”—and many more animals in labs—will suffer. Badly.
Without more support, we’re going to pause key tactical elements in our budget.
The tragic part? We can still win this campaign!
When you last donated to one of my emails, we did the impossible:
We shut down every single Veterans Affairs lab that was abusing dogs—220 dogs a year, now down to zero.
That victory ONLY happened because WCW was fully funded.
Tonight, we’re running out of time. So, I’m reaching out to ask if you’ll be one of the 232 pet owners and supporters we still need to step up.
Please, if you’re able, chip in before it’s too late. Every moment counts.
Here’s that secure link to help by midnight: https://www.whitecoatwaste.org/NIH7
Thanks for reading. And thanks for supporting our work for dogs and animals in labs.
