Last week I announced findings from subpoenas sent to ActBlue, a major Democratic fundraising platform. The documents provided show that ActBlue was not automatically rejecting suspicious payment methods in July, a period when the Democratic Party raised a record number of campaign money. Since September, Act Blue is now implementing new policies. This is a positive step forward, but there is still much more to be done to protect our campaign finance system from fraud and unlawful foreign interference.
