To allow us to accommodate all stakeholders interested in participating in the informative webinar on the Kansas Department for Aging and Disability Services (KDADS) Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD) Modernization project, we have changed the platform for the webinar to Microsoft Teams.

This session will focus on the transition from the BASIS assessment tool to the Medicaid Functional Eligibility Instrument for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (MFEI I/DD) and discuss the new rate methodology.

What to expect:

In this webinar, we aim to provide a comprehensive overview of the modernization efforts underway and how they will impact our service delivery:

1. Project Status Update:

Implementation Timeline: Learn about the MFEI I/DD assessment tool's planned rollout for March 2025.

2. Transition from BASIS to MFEI I/DD:

 Three Standard Tiers
