In an effort to promote well-being, particularly in this time of unease during the COVID-19 pandemic, Instagram has launched a new Guides feature on their platform. The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention is proud to be included in its initial launch.

Guides gives content creators, public figures, organizations and publishers the opportunity to provide reliable information and resources right from their own Instagram page. On these Guides, you’ll see posts, videos, helpful tips and advice for further reading, all curated for each specific Guide topic.

AFSP has launched two Guides on the platform: a #RealConvo Guide, and Mental Health & COVID-19. To view them both, simply head to @AFSPNational ([link removed]) on Instagram and tap the Guides icon on our profile! We hope that these Guides can be helpful as we navigate this time and beyond.
