Arkansans Leading in Committee Chairmanships

This past week Congressman French Hill (AR-2) was elected the next Chairman of the House Committee on Financial Services. Hill joins fellow Congressman Bruce Westerman (AR-4) who will chair the House Committee on Natural Resources. As Republican have regained control of the Senate, Arkansas Senator John Boozman (R-AR) will wield the gavel of the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry.

One thing is for certain going into 2025: Arkansas is well represented by leadership roles in the 119th Congress!
