Iran — the world’s leading state sponsor of terrorism — remains Israel’s and America’s greatest long-term threat in the Middle East.
In just the past few months:
Iran’s terrorist proxies across the region have launched drone, mortar, and rocket attacks on the Jewish state, targeting Israel’s major population centers and murdering innocent Israelis.
Iran launched two direct drone and missile attacks on Israel in April and October — the largest such attacks in history — forcing millions of Israelis into bomb shelters.
The International Atomic Energy Agency Board of Governors passed another resolution (the second in six months) criticizing Tehran for failing to work with the U.N. nuclear inspectors to resolve past violations and ongoing oversight issues if its escalating nuclear program.
As Iran grows bolder, we must continue to ensure our leaders in Washington understand this threat and support policies that help keep America and Israel safe.
