Any day now the Court will be releasing its decision in a case that could end the DACA program — putting nearly 700,000 Dreamers at risk of deportation and displacement. Tearing families apart would be beyond horrific anytime. In the middle of a global pandemic, it’s truly unconscionable.

Lower courts have deemed Trump’s draconian efforts to end DACA illegal. But that hasn’t deterred Chief Justice John Roberts from getting involved. Now the Republican Justices on the Supreme Court are stepping in — and they may let the Trump administration deport thousands of immigrants.

We are sounding the alarm and working to protect our courts from being filled with more anti-immigrant judges and justices — but we need your help.
