Andrew Bacevich receives the 5th Annual Quincy Award for Responsible Statecraft

At a lively dinner in Boston last week we presented Andrew Bacevich with the Quincy Award for Responsible Statecraft. The purpose of this annual award is to honor someone who has significantly advanced QI's mission of moving the United States away from a foreign policy of domination and war.
