Donald Trump and Republicans worked hard in his first term to repeal the Affordable Care Act (ACA), ending the health insurance protections known as Obamacare. Only John McCain’s noble resistance stopped them years ago.

Now, Republicans are in lockstep with Trump, giving in to any number of his whims on a daily basis. There would be little standing in their way this time if they come for the ACA again.
