Their extreme plans include further restrictions on abortion, IVF, birth control, and other reproductive care, abolishing the U.S. Department of Education, rolling back environmental protections and climate action, weakening the Department of Justice while giving more power to the president, throwing out protections for workers, and a whole lot more.
Project 2025 swiftly received widespread public backlash, which is why Trump claimed he had nothing to do with it — until he won. Now, he’s appointed at least half a dozen authors and supporters of the right-wing manifesto to his administration.
Trump thinks he can say and do whatever he wants, including eroding the checks and balances that prevent our democracy from turning into an autocracy — but not on Rob’s watch.
