They want to provide much-needed aid to Appalachia following Hurricane Helene (which I agree with). But they’re angry that I offered a way to pay for this disaster relief without adding to our $36 trillion national debt.
Why would they be upset with spending your hard-earned money in a responsible manner? 🤔
Because it would mean cutting spending from the Green New Deal and Ukraine instead of printing money and strapping future generations with debt. | These are the same people who are unwilling to cut insane spending for Ukraine. They’re the same people who want to borrow and spend an additional $810 million for small business loans… in Ukraine, NOT America!
Right now, American taxpayers are paying the pensions of Ukrainian government officials. How insane is that?! We don’t even have enough of our own money to cover pensions at the state and federal levels. WHY are we funding pensions for Ukrainians?!
