North Carolina Republicans gerrymandered congressional districts and changed the course of our nation’s history. Wiley recently spoke with Lawrence O'Donnell on MSNBC to explain how this happened:

By gerrymandering 3 more districts in their favor, the North Carolina GOP flipped each of these districts red — including Wiley’s. Those three flipped seats in North Carolina made the difference between having a Speaker Jeffries and two more years of MAGA Speaker Mike Johnson.
Now, Republicans have a razor-thin House majority to push Donald Trump’s extreme agenda, and voters are left disenfranchised by an unfair system.
Cracking and packing congressional districts in order to gerrymander away the competition is legal (according to the MAGA Supreme Court), but it shouldn’t be.
This shady tactic gives the party in power an unfair advantage, and it’s time to put an end to partisan gerrymandering.
Wiley is leading the fight for fair redistricting. Please, pitch in today to help fuel this work: [[link removed]]
