Friend, New Year’s Eve is a little different for us here at The Long Run.

While most people will be getting ready to celebrate and watch the ball drop at midnight, we’ll be up against our end-of-year FEC fundraising deadline — our first deadline since the election last month.

The truth is we’re bracing for our numbers to fall off a good bit. People are tired, demoralized even, now that Trump is heading back to the White House. We understand.

But that’s all the more reason for folks like you, to step up and help us rebuild.

Because with a long and challenging path ahead under Republican rule in the White House and Congress, we have no choice but to stay committed to the fight. To stay engaged. To continue to invest from Day 1 in changemaking candidates who will lead the charge against the far-right.

So, today is the half-way point in the month, and we are way behind on our fundraising goals. We only have two weeks to turn that around.
