As the New Year comes into view, our aggressive legal strategy will turn on three important tasks. And we’ve got to accomplish all three.

First, we’ve got to protect our existing wins. And you’d better believe they’re under assault. We’re facing appeals and government petitions to stay rulings in our favor, like FPC’s recent victory over Illinois’ bans on so-called “assault weapons” and standard magazines. 

The government is doing everything in their power to sabotage or otherwise put the brakes on the progress that we’ve made, and we need to beat back their attacks.
