Update for today's Fix-It Fair, Dec. 14, 2024

*Dec. 14, 2024, 10:30 a.m.*

There is currently no power at the Long Lake Community Building in Port Orchard, and PSE has not yet provided an estimated restoration time. However, the Fix-it Fair event scheduled at the community building from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. today will still occur with restrictions and limitations:


* The knife sharpening service will be available even if the power is out. This service is provided from a mobile van. 
* For all other items, our volunteer fixers will consider each on a case-by-case basis and will only attempt repairs if it is safe to do so without power.

If the situation changes, we may end the event early. Thanks in advance for your flexibility and patience.

We are currently planning our 2025 events, so please stay tuned for dates and locations of upcoming Fix-it Fairs.
