We’ve been hearing from our supporters that people want to know what FPC is planning to do next about the gun controllers in 2025.

That’s why we’re emailing you today, to give the people what they want. And we think you’re going to LOVE some of what we’ve got on tap!

First, let’s get the ugly bit out in front: FPC must unfortunately play defense in several of our cases because the government can’t stand to lose. 

As you know, FPC recently ANNIHILATED Illinois in court over the state’s bans on so-called “assault weapons” and standard-capacity magazines. 

But the government’s lawyers are already asking for our injunction to be stayed pending appeal. And in other lawsuits, the enemy is even asking for our cases to be thrown out entirely. 

Therefore, we will have no choice but to stand tall and defend the progress that we’ve made this year and well into 2025.

But the good news is we are on the cusp of possibly WINNING some of our current cases like Garland v. VanDerStok - which is our challenge to ATF’s “frame or receiver” rule. 

And our plan is to keep fighting forward with maximal efficiency until we secure BIG WINS in cases like these. That’s really going to make the tyrants mad, Friend!

That’s also why we’re asking the Supreme Court to take up our “assault weapons” challenge Snope v. Brown. Because we’ll settle for nothing less than TOTAL VICTORY.

Finally, in 2025 we plan to unveil EVEN MORE pro-2A lawsuits that will make the despots spit out their coffee in the morning. 

If the government thinks that we’re going to let up just because the gun controllers are crying foul, then they are DEAD WRONG!
