John,

The Supreme Court delivered two decisive defeats to the Left on border security.

Agreeing with arguments we made in multiple amicus briefs in these cases, the Supreme Court blocked two federal court injunctions that were preventing President Trump from repurposing congressionally approved national security funds to secure our border.

In three separate cases, we’ve argued that the President has both the statutory and constitutional authority to use these funds to secure the border. Now in 3 separate cases, a federal district court and the Supreme Court have agreed.

This is a major blow to Speaker Nancy Pelosi and the Left who have been trying to stop these border security funds from being used. Now construction can continue while these cases proceed on appeal.

But the fight is not over. This victory is only temporary. Our deadline will be quickly approaching to file an amicus brief directly against Speaker Pelosi’s lawsuit as the case continues on appeal.

There is a crisis at the border. We cannot allow this to continue and we cannot stand by as Speaker Pelosi not only refuses to do her job, but also tries to prevent the President from doing his.

Today we need your help. Today every gift you give will be DOUBLED through our August Matching Challenge. Right now we’re falling behind our goal. We need YOU. Help defeat Speaker Pelosi’s lawsuit and defend our border security.
