With critical battles ahead for equitable education funding, universal child care, and support for working-class New Yorkers, we needed a space for respectful dialogue that uplifts our most vulnerable communities. Our shift to Bluesky marks a move away from the toxicity and distractions we’ve experienced elsewhere, placing us in a space that better aligns with our goals.
