You’ve probably already heard of Donald Trump’s defense pick, Pete Hegseth, by now.

If not, all you need to know is that he’s a former Fox News personality who has a track record of sexual abuse and alcoholism. This is who Donald Trump nominated to lead our military.

Clearly, he’s unfit for the role, but that isn’t stopping Thom Tillis. In fact, he said he’s “inclined” to support Pete Hegseth.

This is extremism. Plain and simple.

Anyone with a level-headed perspective would say Pete Hegseth is unqualified and too extreme for this position, but in the modern-day Republican party, it’s MAGA or bust.
