Donor Engagement Senior Manager

John,

For the past three years, I’ve had the pleasure and privilege to serve as the Board Chair of Washington Conservation Action Education Fund. I am incredibly proud of the work we have done to protect Washington’s environment and our communities.

This year, we won big. Overwhelming, Washingtonians showed up and voiced their support for Washington being a leader on climate action by upholding the Climate Commitment Act. But we can’t take anything for granted as the national landscape shifts.

Right now, we have a huge opportunity to come together and shore up the progress we’ve made here in Washington. A generous donor has offered a $25,000 match before the end of the year to help us create an unstoppable coalition of people committed to protecting our environment.

As my term as Board Chair winds down, I am reflecting on what has kept me committed to Washington Conservation Action Education Fund -- it’s the organization’s ambition and unique vision. We have a long history and deep roots in Washington, but we are not shying away from taking bold steps to usher in a new era of environmental advocacy that centers justice for people and nature as one.

In the coming year, we need to pull together and hold the line against industries that profit from climate change. Every voice, action, and dollar matters if we're going to keep Washington a national - and an international - leader on climate.

I’m ready to make my tax-deductible year-end gift today to keep environmental priorities front and center in 2025! [[link removed]]

In 2025, we’ll be focused on improving air quality in some of the state’s most polluted areas, holding the line against fossil fuel development, and reducing industrial pollution so that everyone in Washington can breathe clean air and drink clean water. Your gift today will help us do all of this and more.

Thanks for your support!
