Governor Whitmer is beginning the staged re-opening of our great state, but
her audition for the slot of VP on the Democratic Presidential ticket is just
getting started.    

For the past month, it’s been clear that Gov. Whitmer’s Stay at Home order
wasn’t about public health or people: it’s about her own political advancement.


* If this was just about public health, Northern Michigan would have already
gone back to work.
*  If this was just about public health, we would be more concerned about
spiking deaths of despair from overdoses and suicides than scoring national
political points.
*  If this was just about public health, the Governor would have helped our
UP hospitals,instead of turning her back and crippling them.  
While some in Lansing are collecting their fat public paychecks and patting
themselves on the back on national television for their ham-handed, destructive
policies—people in our district are watching their lives be ruined in slow
motion.
