Hi John, Iowa’s primary is in exactly two weeks!! Even though I’m running unopposed in the primary, it’s incredibly important to vote. Your vote affects more than just you -- it’s a sign of how we’re going to pass on our country to the next generation. It’s about if we’re going to ensure our neighbors can put food on the table, get a check up, send their kids to college, save for retirement, and so much more. That’s why we’re not just looking at the primary, but the general election in November. Now is the time for us to kick things into high gear and build our momentum. We don’t know yet if we’ll be running against Steve King or another Republican, but we do know that we’re the underdog in this race. We can expand our support now -- and one way to do that is by getting out our latest ad to share with folks in Iowa’s 4th district who we are and what we’re fighting for. That’s why I’m asking for your help. We’re a little short of what’s needed to get our ad up and running. If you can, can you chip in a couple of bucks to our campaign to help us raise what we need by tonight? It’s time for a change in our representation in Congress. Our district -- the 2nd most agriculture-producing district in America -- doesn’t have a voice in the House Agriculture Committee because Steve King was stripped from his committees. To make matters worse, this was a year that we were rattled by tariffs, climate change, corporate consolidation, get-big-or-get-off-the-farm policies, negotiating a new trade deal with Mexico and Canada, and more. Despite his failure to represent us, Steve King is still selfish enough to seek another term. Well, I promise that I’m not in this for me. I’m in this for you. We need a representative with Iowa values working for us in Washington -- and we need to make sure voters in our district know that too, and vote that way on June 2nd. That’s why we want to get our ad up on the air during these final days before the primary. Can you chip in now to make it happen? Thank you so much for your help and support. It means so much to me.
