Dear John,

We missed you at our virtual gathering last Thursday with Valarie Kaur, V (formerly Eve Ensler) and Tem Blessed!

There is so much to be angry about. We are right there with you. Last Thursday, Valarie helped by providing a framework for this rage: 

"The aim of divine rage is not vengeance, but to reorder the world." 

Our rage shows us that we’re worth protecting. Divine rage is fierce, disciplined, and visionary. Being able to express that rage in a safe container makes it possible to process and channel that energy so we can create a better world for everyone. It was a gift to rage with everyone last week.

As Valarie said, “only when we give rage an external expression outside our bodies can we be in relationship with it. We can then ask: What information does my rage carry? What is it telling me? How do I want to harness this energy?”

Tem Blessed and V are working with the rage expressed on the call and are harnessing it into energy we can look at and learn from – outside our bodies. Keep an eye on your inbox for that coming soon.
