I want you to make sure you saw the new video my team made highlighting the success that Mississippi’s educational system has seen in recent years.

When I was elected as Lieutenant Governor, I knew that the students in our state deserved better. Not only have we been willing to reform the educational system in our state, we’ve invested in it. And because of that our kids are performing, they are winning, and they are seeing the results that they deserve.

We’ve made dramatic improvements, but I know that our work isn't finished. As Governor, I will work just as hard to put Mississippi students first.
