I wanted to drop you a note because we're really entering the final inning of this race. As of today, there are only two weeks left in the primary, and our campaign is in a tight spot.

I spoke to our field and finance directors a little while ago, and our program is firing on all cylinders. We've got advertisements on television and social media, texts reminding people to send in their absentee ballots, and a robust phone banking operation contacting hundreds of voters a day.

But finance says we're starting to run low on funds. Right now, we're in real danger of scaling back our field program to preserve resources, which is not something we can chance in a tight election.

That's why I'm reaching out today -- we're not funded by corporate PACs or dark money groups. We're powered by grassroots activists chipping in a little to create a lot. Can I count on you to chip in $5 or more to help our programs continue running at peak performance?

We just had our first candidate debate, and it went wonderfully. Eddie led the conversation and inspired listeners with his message of compassion and tireless advocacy for working families. We're proud to say that Eddie came out on top and WON the debate.

But we're not concerned with Eddie's ability to argue the facts or to prove his commitment to elevating issues that matter to working families...

We're concerned about our team's capacity to share that message with the tens-of-thousands of voters that didn't tune in. But we've got another chance: This week there are another two debates. We need voters to tune in, and we need your help to get the word out.
