Our launch event, A LASTING LEGACY: A PROGRESSIVE FUTURE, will be a night of gratitude, honoring the remarkable legacies both Ameinu and APN bring to this venture. We will enjoy music, remarks from special guests, and appearances by inspiring leaders.

Along with music, remarks from community leaders, and the recognition of the new identity we will now share, we will be honoring Israeli peacemaker and activist Yonatan Zeigen. We are also thrilled to announce that our Congressional Champion of Justice honoree for 2024 is Congressman Jamie Raskin.

Please join us for an evening that commemorates the legacies of APN and Ameinu and looks towards a future of justice and peace.

Welcome to New Jewish Narrative! Built on the proud legacies of Americans for Peace Now and Ameinu, we have come together and are writing a new narrative for a new day.

We are American Jews, deeply rooted in the story of our people and the history of our struggle for peace and justice. In our narrative, peace and justice are the birthright of Israelis, of Palestinians, and of all people.

The story of our community is one of activism and commitment. But for some, that commitment has grown stale, and the activism is hard to find.

We Will Not Die for Settlements: A Crucial Campaign to Prevent Settlements in Gaza

The basic contract between a state and its citizens is clear: do everything possible to bring back those who were kidnapped and abandoned. This government has broken that contract. A small, fanatical minority is hijacking this deadly war for their own agenda. Their priority is not hostages, not soldiers, and not security—it’s settlements and occupation. And their priority is what is preventing the end of this deadly war and the return of the hostages.

They want to build settlements in Gaza.

Over the bodies of the hostages. Over the bodies of soldiers. Over the bodies of tens of thousands of Palestinians, and over the ruins of Gaza. At the expense of everyone’s security. For months, hundreds of thousands of Israelis have protested, demanding the release of the hostages and an end to this war.

We’re launching a crowdfunding campaign with a clear message: We will not die for settlements.
