With support from kind people like you, AFSC challenges growing inequality and the corporate abuse of human rights. We support community initiatives for food justice, housing rights, and sustainable income. And we provide tools to help people and institutions make socially responsible investments.
Just and sustainable peace
Militarism and violence do not keep us safe. Neither do prisons and policing. But can you imagine if countries and communities alike pursued peaceful ends through peaceful means?
AFSC works with people across the U.S. and around the world to build the kind of security that comes when human rights are respected, conflicts are resolved peacefully, and people can meet basic needs. We facilitate dialogue to bridge international divides. And we advocate for nonviolent approaches that work better to create accountability, facilitate healing, and prevent harm.
Migration and immigrant rights
