Dear Fellow American,
Your time is valuable, so let me get right to
the point...
Judicial Watch didn’t take a day off fighting for you, for
the U.S. Constitution, and for open and honest government.
That’s because our investigations and litigation
don’t take a break!
And
that’s why I respectfully ask you to make a contribution today help us
stay on track?
- We keep fighting for honest elections…and it pays
off!
Just before the election, a federal court panel ruled in our favor in
our lawsuit challenging Mississippi’s law
“extending” Election Day…setting a huge precedent for
more lawsuits to protect “Election Day” as defined under
federal law. Our similar lawsuit against Illinois
continues, and last month we sued Oregon for its failure
to clean its voter rolls.
And make no mistake about it…our commitment to the hard work
of keeping elections honest paid off this week, as Election Day came and
went without any of the chaos and confusion that marred the 2020
vote!
- And we are fighting for the legal principle that “no
discrimination based on race” means exactly that!
We’re pursuing our lawsuit in Minnesota to
overturn a teachers’ contract that gives unlawfully discriminatory
job protections to racial minorities, in violation of the Minnesota
Constitution, and we are suing the city of Evanston,
Illinois over its “reparations”
program that distributes city funds to certain residents and descendants of
former residents based on race…which violates the Equal
Protection Clause of the U.S. Constitution.
We have never been more deeply involved in consequential legal battles,
as well as fighting every day for the American people’s
“right to know” what our government is doing.
...and that is why I am so counting
on you to give us your help again now.
The American legal system is slow at times, but it is our best safeguard
in upholding the rule of law!
Because of our members’ support, your Judicial Watch is the largest
and most effective government watchdog group in the nation. We’re
always fighting for you and the rule of law!
Thank you in advance for helping us perform all this essential
work.
Sincerely,
Thomas Fitton President
