The WSDC is excited to announce that Adrian Cortes will be joining our caucus as the incoming Senator from Washington’s 18th Legislative District!

Adrian flipped the seat formerly held by retiring Republican Senator Ann Rivers in a long, hard-fought campaign made possible with the help of supporters like you. This win sends a clear message: Southwest Washington is committed to building a future we can all be proud of  - investing in education, lowering costs for families, and protecting reproductive healthcare for all. 

Adrian is a special education teacher at Camas Public High School and the former Battle Ground Mayor. He plans to be a strong and pragmatic voice for Southwest Washington in the Legislature.
