Friend,
In case you missed the big news, FPC just filed TWO new lawsuits challenging restrictions on your fundamental right to carry a firearm in public.
Shaffer v. Quattrone is a federal lawsuit challenging New York’s ban on carrying a firearm by residents of other states.
Young v. Ott is a federal lawsuit challenging Pennsylvania’s law banning 18-20-year-olds from applying for Licenses to Carry Firearms.

SUPPORT OUR WORK!
|
Through our aggressive litigation program, we are making it clear to tyrants from coast to coast that no infringement on your right to carry shall be tolerated.
We’ve already sued over carry restrictions in jurisdictions like:
|
 |
And in 2025, we hope to unleash even more lawsuits just like Shaffer and Young to help unlock a world of maximal human liberty.
States like New York and Pennsylvania think that the right to carry should be denied to peaceable people from out of state, and adults under 21.
This view is nothing less than an abomination, and we intend to fight with everything we’ve got to make sure such infringements are reduced to ash.
However, these and our other lawsuits are also extremely costly, which is why we must humbly ask for your support.

DONATE NOW!

As we head into the New Year, it’s more clear than ever that we are going to need historic resolve, innovation and resources to take on the Disarmament Regime.

Even as we speak, hostile anti-gun state actors are plotting fresh attacks on your rights. And their assaults will be funded by coercive taxation (AKA “robbery”).
The State is hellbent on disarming and subjugating you, Friend. But we can fight back, and we can win. Help us Fight Forward by donating NOW and be entered to WIN the Kimber Raptor II!
