Friend, no one is above the law. But Donald Trump doesn’t believe that. Now that he’s been reelected, it's almost certain that he'll use his presidential powers to escape accountability for his crimes.

Earlier this year, Trump's ultraconservative Supreme Court majority ruled that presidents have broad, legal immunity from prosecution. That’s a dangerous decision for our country – and exactly what Trump wants.
But Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer has introduced new legislation, the No Kings Act, to put a crucial check on the court’s decision. The No Kings Act affirms that presidents DO NOT have broad immunity for criminal actions, and it’s critical that this act pass into law immediately.
We need Congress to hear from as many concerned Americans as possible right now, so please: Add your name to Brady PAC’s petition telling Congress to pass the No Kings Act now and show that presidents are NOT above the law.
